Patients referred to the PCT by the National Pandemic Flu Service:

If you have been assessed by the National Pandemic Flu Service and been given a reference number, but do not have a flu friend who can collect antivirals, you may have been asked to contact the PCT. If this is the case please ring one of the following:

Tolworth Hospital Pharmacy ACP on 020 8390 0102 ext 5010/5012 or 020 8682 6000 (and ask for Tolworth Pharmcy) between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week - Or -

Ace Pharmacy on 020 8397 4564 between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday; 9am to 6.30pm Saturday; 10am to 2pm Sunday.

Arrangements will then be made for you to receive your antivirals.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IN PERSON If you require urgent medical advice outside of these times, please ring your GP surgery.
